We have compiled a list of FAQs below to answer any concerns you may have.


Q - Has the new date been confirmed? 

A - Yes, the new date for the National Homebuilding Show will now take place from Thursday 9th July - Sunday 12th July, 2020. Opening times remain the same 10am - 5pm 


Q - Will I be issued a new ticket? 

A - Over the next few days you will receive an email with your new e-ticket or your ticket will be posted out to you, if that was your original method of receipt. 


Q - If I can’t make the new date, can I get a refund on my ticket?

A - Yes, there will be an option to get a refund, please email https://homebuildingnational.seetickets.com/customerservice


Q - Will the seminar programme and exhibitors be the same for the postponed show?

A - We will aim to keep the programme the same where possible, but will issue the programme as soon as we can. Please keep an eye on the website. 


Q - I have pre-paid for parking, will I be able to get a refund or use it for the new show dates?

A -  Yes, you can amend your booking or get a refund if you can’t make the new date, please visit the NEC website for further information.  


Q - I have booked travel or a hotel for the show, is there any compensation to cover this?

A - Unfortunately we are unable to cover travel and hotel costs. You may want to contact your provider directly to discuss amending your booking to the new dates. For details on the possibility of rail refunds please visit the MoneySavingExpert website
