Initial power connections to stands are made as soon as possible but will not be available for stand construction by contractors at the start of build up unless a temporary supply has been ordered from Index Group Ltd.

Please note that the hall will be open to exhibitors 8.00 each morning. All exhibitors and contractors should vacate the hall 30 minutes after the show close each evening (apart from the last day of the show when the breakdown process begins). Please note that power to all stands will be switched off 30 minutes after the show closes each day unless a 24hr supply has been requested via Index Group Ltd.

What is my stand number?
The stand number is on the homepage of the exhibitor zone.

Where is my stand located?
Please find attached the floorplan where you can see where your stand is located.

Do you have a ticket link and is it free?
Yes, the ticket link is free. The ticket link can be found on the web banner and social banner pages. If you can't find it please contact alicia.maragh@futurenet.com who will set you up a unique link. The unique ticket link can track how many people register with your free ticket link and, if you get over a 100 people to attend the show, you get £100 worth of amazon vouchers. 

How many physical tickets can I have?
There is no limit on how many physical tickets you can have. 

When can we build our stand at the show?
If you have a space only stand you can access the hall from Monday 18 March from 8am till 6pm,  Tuesday 19 March from 8am till 6pm. If you have a shell scheme you can access the hall from Tuesday 19 March 2pm till 6pm and Wednesday 20 March.

When can we breakdown our stand?
If you have a space only and shell scheme you can break your stand down on Sunday 24 March from 5.30pm to 9pm. Space only have access on Monday from 8am to 3pm. Please note all shell scheme exhibits and stand fittings must be removed from the hall by 21:00 on Sunday 24 March 2022.

I want to change the name of my stand
Contact your Account Manager and tell them what you would like your stand name to be called. We will then make sure it is updated on the website and Show Guide.
