Ke-design received recognition for the Best Domestic Extension in Shropshire Council’s Design & Conservation Awards. They transformed an empty house into a stunning home with a modern rear extension to a 1930s semi-detached property2. Ke-design is a design led architectural services company, formed in 2011 following the relocation to my home town of Oswestry.

I have over 25 years of design and project delivery experience in Leeds and London on various projects which led me to Hong Kong working on hi-end design projects with Benoy & Aedas..

Ke-design was set up on existing contacts outside of Shropshire and it is now established in the area with Ke-design picking up work through referrals in Shropshire / Powys / Cheshire and Staffordshire.

We work closely with local developers, planning consultants, chartered surveyors and house builders as well as picking up individual clients through Ke-design's website.

Ke-design has set out its stall with a quality design service. We demonstrate my vision through 3d visuals which help the planning officer and planning committee understand the project increasing the likelihood of approval.

We have experience working with small to medium sized developers, providing feasibility studies, master planning, commercial and retail house type design (traditional and contemporary / starter to executive), planning applications and building regulations. I have also been a design consultant for an oak frame company designing bespoke dwellings.

Where most of our work is residential, we do retail and commercial work.
