This kit is suitable for projects using minimum stud 63mm (no max) and 12.5mm standard plasterboard.
Kit Contents:
- Aluminium door frame
- 44mm solid core flush primed door
- Magnetic latch (Cylinder, Handle or Thumb turn)
- Bumper seals
- Concealed hinges
- Hinge cover plates and strike plate
Please note that handles are not included and can be purchased separately.
A key part of the ultra-flush appeal is the simplicity of installation. Rocket ULTRA’s kit comes with only four screws to assemble the frame and is designed for use with the readily available 44mm flush panel doors.
All Rocket ULTRA systems are supplied pre-routed with a magnetic lock and strike plate which can be specified as a latch, bathroom thumb turn or cylinder lock. Completely invisible 3-way adjustable hinges for perfect shut lines are also part of the package.

Please note that you can upgrade your ULTRA flush door kit, with our new magnetic push latch making your door handleless. Choose from our finishes such as satin chrome or matt black finishes.
