The detailed project plan is completed prior to finalising the brief, it includes all aspects of the design, commissioning, delivery and implementation of the project.

Included in the plan are the relevant partners that may have input such as electrical and mechanical contractors, construction, carpenters, plumbers, architects, interior design and other associated trades. They are all provided with information on the levels of co-operation required to deliver specific elements.

Full time scheduling is also included and prioritised so a clear plan is available that is understood by all involved to ensure a successful and seamless delivery with all aspects of the project covered.
