Application • This ground source heat pump with inverter technology is suitable for heating and optional cooling of family houses as well as for DHW heating. • Thanks to the high flow temperatures all year round, the heat pump can be used in both new build and modernisation. • The system uses the natural and futureproof refrigerant R290 for optimum environmental compatibility. • The heat pump can also be used for cooling with additional external components. Cascade operation is possible with up to 6 appliances.

Convenience features • The heat pump in a design casing is installed indoors. • The low space requirement in the installation room is achieved by the high level of integration: The compact enclosure is equipped as standard with a controller and hydraulic components such as a diverter valve, circulation pumps (source and sink), electric emergency/auxiliary heater and safety valves (source and sink). • Intuitive operation via the easy-to-read, colour touchscreen display. Control with mobile devices is also possible via the MyStiebel app. • The heat pump is very quiet in operation as the refrigerant circuit is mounted on an anti-vibration base plate. This minimises the transfer of structure-borne sound to the building. • Active cooling is possible through external circuit reversal; for passive cooling an additional external plate heat exchanger is required. • The heat pump can be operated without a buffer cylinder.

Efficiency • The inverter technology and speed-controlled circulation pumps ensure high efficiency and low follow-up costs. • Optimisation according to dynamic electricity tariffs is possible.

Safety • Despite the use of R290, the sophisticated safety concept only requires a vent pipe to the outside. The safety fan is already integrated into the heat pump. The 80 mm core hole can be produced out by a qualified contractor without specialised knowledge. • An accessory set with flexible pipe and wall outlet is available for easy connection of the heat pump to the vent pipe.

Installation • The heat pump is easy to transport to the installation site thanks to its low weight and ergonomic carrying concept. • The sophisticated safety concept means that only one air duct to the outside is required. No additional electronics or cables are needed. • The system's high level of integration enables quick and easy installation.
