Entry Tickets

How do I order tickets?

Tickets for the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show are available to purchase here until 3pm the day before the show, after this they will be available on the door.

Do I need to buy tickets for each day?

Yes. You will need a ticket for each day you wish to attend. 

Do children need a ticket to attend the show?

Children aged 16 and under do not need a ticket to attend the show, but they do need to be accompanied by an adult.

Venue

How do I get to the National Exhibition Centre?

More information and maps on the location of the venue, as well as advice on getting to the venue by air, train, car or coach, can be found here.

Is the venue cashless?

Whilst the NEC is a cashless venue, some exhibitors will accept cash, so we recommend to bring some along if you would like to. Please note that there will not be any cash machines in service inside of the venue, if you need to withdraw cash on the day, you will have to find an alternative location. 

Is there parking at the National Exhibition Centre?

More information about parking can be found  here. You can save time and money by pre-booking in advance.

Are dogs allowed?

Only guide, assistance and hearing dogs will be admitted into the show.

Plan Your Day

When is the show open?

The show is open 21 - 24 March 2024 from 10am - 5pm on Friday to Saturday and 10am - 4.30pm on Sunday.

In which halls does the show take place?  

The 2024 show will take place in Halls 9, 10 and 11.

Do I have to book for the seminar and masterclass sessions beforehand?

No, there is no need to book beforehand. However, sessions are very popular so always get there in plenty of time to claim your spot. 

Can I speak with an expert on a one to one basis?

Yes, you can book a free 15 minute one-to-one consultation with one of our experts. These sessions must be booked at the show at The Advice Centre - please make sure you arrive early to book your slot to guarantee your place as these sessions are extremely popular! You cannot book sessions in advance.

The Advice Centre comprises The Planning Clinic, Home Energy Academy, Ask the Expert, Ask the Architect and Ask the Builder so there is sure to be an expert at the show with the knowledge and skills to help you with your query or problem!
